Audio:
Sophie is a busy working soon to be mum of two. After she had her first baby, a friend told her about the tax refund process and that she may be eligible.

Visual:
A scene appears with a woman dressed as a busy professional on one side and a mother on the other. The background is two toned, with a dark grey on the left and a light grey on the right. 10 icons float up on either side of her. The icons relate to being a busy professional and a busy mum respectively. Icons drop down out of the scene. Sophie’s ‘mother’ character is left on a light grey background. Audio:
She decided to use Welcome$, an independent tax refund company, as she just doesn’t have time to do it herself. The process was easy enough but she did have to pay a fee for the services of the independent tax refund company.

Visual:
A computer appears with a company website called “Welcome$”. A large teal circle pulses up with a tick in it. Another large teal circle pulse up – this time on the right-hand side with a “$” icon in it. The screen fades to light grey.

Audio:
With the proposed changes, Sophie can choose to continue to use Welcome$ but she doesn’t have to.

Visual:
Sophie appears on the screen again with her baby.

Audio:
Providing Inland Revenue has her correct contact details and bank account any refund will be paid straight into her bank account from June with no fee deducted. This means she will get 100 per cent of what she’s owed, with even less effort – win – win!

Visual:
